She walked through the door and set her bags down.

And then - beside her bags - she set down everything else.

The weight of holding it all together. The weight of carrying it all alone. The weight of being everything for everyone for so long.

She set it down.

And there it was.

The Exhale

November 12-16, 2026 · La Jolla, California · The Exhale

This is not a retreat packed with content. This is not a schedule designed to fill every moment. This is not about checking anything off.

This is the space between.

And in the space between - in the openness, the stillness, the unhurried mornings and the nourishing evenings - that is where the deepest integration lives. That is where something actually shifts. Not because you pushed. Because you finally stopped long enough to let it.

Four nights in La Jolla, California. Steps from the Pacific Ocean. In a beautiful private home where every woman has her own spacious room and her own private ensuite full bathroom - her own space to breathe, to be still, to arrive fully.

Six women. Intimate by design. Everything taken care of. Down to the last detail.

This is not a retreat you attend. This is a threshold you cross.

Just imagine for a moment

Really feel it.

Thursday evening. Your Uber pulls up to a beautiful home in La Jolla. The California air meets you the moment you open the door - warm and salt-tinged and immediately different. You carry your bags inside and find your room.

Spacious. Private. Yours.

Your own ensuite bathroom. Your own window. Your own space in a house full of women who arrived carrying the same invisible weight you did.

You set your bags down.

And something else gets set down beside them.

You don't even have to name it. Your body already knows. Something in your chest loosens. Something in your shoulders drops. Something that has been running - quietly, constantly, underneath everything - goes still.

There it is.

The exhale you have been waiting for all year.

Now step outside.

The Pacific Ocean is just a short stroll away.

La Jolla Shores - one of the most breathtaking stretches of coastline in California - is right there. The sound reaches you before you even see it. That low rhythmic sound that has been regulating the human nervous system since before there were words for nervous systems.

Shhhhh.

The waves coming in.

Shhhhh.

The waves going out.

Feel the sand under your feet. Cool and real and grounding in a way that no meditation app has ever quite replicated. Walk to the water's edge. Let the Pacific meet you - cold and vast and completely indifferent to your inbox, your obligations, your to-do list.

This is nature's cold plunge.

Salt and water - two of the most ancient healing elements available to the human body. The cold of the Pacific activating your nervous system in the most primal and alive way possible. The salt pulling and purifying. The ocean holding. The horizon reminding you of something you forgot - that the world is enormous and you are allowed to be small in it for a moment.

The ocean is not an amenity at this retreat.

It is a co-facilitator.

What the days hold

The mornings here are slow.

That is not a suggestion. That is a promise built into the structure of every day. There is no alarm. No agenda waiting the moment your eyes open. The morning light comes through your window soft and golden. Something warm in your hands. Breakfast laid out beautifully - abundant and nourishing and completely taken care of.

You eat. You breathe. You let the morning be a morning.

And then the days unfold.

A cacao ceremony that opens the heart deliberately and gently - creating a container of trust and presence among the women gathered. The cacao moving through your body like warmth. Something in your chest softening. A quality of openness arriving that you recognize as something you have been missing.

A sound healing experience that goes underneath the words. Vibration meeting your body at the cellular level - finding the places that have been holding the weight of the year in ways you stopped noticing. The sound moving through tissue. Something releasing that you did not know you were holding.

Subconscious and somatic work woven throughout the days - not as a clinical exercise but as a lived experience. The kind of work that goes to where the patterns actually live. Underneath the thinking. Underneath the managing. Where the real change happens and where it stays.

These experiences are not scheduled back to back. They breathe. They are held within spaciousness rather than packed into a program. Because the moments of openness between the experiences are not empty moments - they are the integration. They are the work doing what it does when you get out of its way.

Midday is entirely yours.

Every day there is an intentional pause. Your sacred space to integrate in whatever way feels most true for you. Time that belongs to no one but you. Because that matters more than you think.

A short Uber ride brings you to La Jolla Village - boutiques, galleries, restaurants with tables that look out over the water. Ten minutes and you are in one of the most charming coastal villages in California. Browse. Wander. Sit somewhere beautiful with a long lunch and nowhere to rush to afterward.

Seven minutes takes you to La Jolla Cove - the cliffs, the seals, the clearest water in San Diego. Walk the trails above it. Sit at the edge of it. Let the beauty of it do what beauty does.

Or stay at the house. Sit on the terrace. Read. Journal. Sleep. Walk back to the beach. Let the ocean hold you for another hour.

Go with the women or go alone. Both are available. Both are right. The only agenda is whatever your soul is calling for in that moment.

That is the point.

The evenings are nourishing and unhurried.

Beautiful ceremonies, shared experiences, guided and intentional work. Space to show up how you truly want to and be seen and celebrated in that.

Family style dinners prepared for you every evening - beautiful food that arrives at the table without you thinking about it once. Gathered around the table with women who have moved through something real together across the day. The particular quality of conversation that happens when people stop performing and start arriving.

And one evening - the private chef dining experience.

Three courses. Prepared personally for your table. Each one presented with intention and care. You sit in the candlelight with women who feel like people you have known much longer than four days and you receive something extraordinary - a meal as ceremony, as nourishment, as the most tangible possible expression of being taken care of.

That dinner will stay with you.

What shifts

She arrived holding the year.

She leaves holding herself differently.

Not because something dramatic happened. Because she stopped long enough for something quiet to move. Because she was in a beautiful place with the healing of the ocean and nourishing food and women who understood - and she let it in.

The hum quiets. That low-level frequency she had been living inside - the brace, the readiness, the scanning - it softens. Not through effort. Through the sustained experience of safety. Of being held. Of having nothing required of her except to arrive.

She walks into the Pacific with the other women and feels something clarify in her chest that she does not have words for yet.

She sits in the sound healing and something releases that she has been carrying since she cannot remember when.

She sits at the dinner table and receives a meal so beautiful and so intentional it feels like being loved.

She sits in the closing circle Sunday evening and hears herself say something true - out loud, witnessed by women who receive it completely - and it lands in a way that feels permanent.

She walks out Monday morning and the world is the same.

And she is not.

What she carries home

Not insights that fade by Wednesday.

Not a high that the first hard email dissolves.

A nervous system that experienced - in her body, not just her mind - what it feels like to be held. To receive. To stop producing and simply be. And because she felt it she now has a reference point. She knows it is possible. She can find her way back.

A body that moved and rested and was nourished and asked to do nothing except show up.

Relationships with women who witnessed her in her realness - built in something true enough that they do not require maintenance.

Clarity that did not come from thinking harder but from stopping long enough to feel. The kind that lives in the body and does not need revisiting.

Expansion Library access through the end of 2027 - so the integration continues through the holidays, through the winter, through every moment she needs to find her way back to what she felt in La Jolla.

And the unshakeable knowing that she is a woman who is capable of receiving.

That she is worth the full stop.

That this - all of this - was always available to her.

She just needed to say yes.

The retreat ends Monday morning. What it gave you does not.

For the woman who wants one more day

The moment you say yes

Something shifts the moment you book.

Not in November. Now.

The moment your spot is confirmed you receive immediate access to The Expansion Library - on-demand nervous system tools, clinical hypnosis sessions, meditations, somatic practices, breathwork and more. Available on your phone in whatever pocket of time you can find between now and the moment you land in La Jolla.

This is not a waiting room.

This is the beginning of the practice. The daily invitation to receive before you arrive. So that by the time you walk through that door in November your nervous system is already softer. Already arriving before you land.

And your access continues through the end of 2027 - through the holidays, through the winter, through the entire season ahead.

You said yes in the spring. You arrived in November. You are held through the end of 2027.

You've been waiting for the right time.
