Your year does not begin with a session.
It begins with three days together at a private, curated property - completely immersive, completely held.
Day one - an intention setting ceremony, dinner followed by full space and privacy to settle in, whatever that looks like for you.
Day two - a full breakthrough day. Eight hours of deep, transformational inner work that goes to the places that don't always get touched in a regular session. The subconscious patterns, the emotional residue, the blocks that have been running the show underneath everything you've built. This is the most intensive single-day experience I offer and it is the opening ceremony of your year.
Day three - a full strategy day. Everything that moved in the breakthrough - the clarity, the expansion, the new way of seeing yourself and your life - we take all of it and build a real, aligned, embodied strategy for your year. What you're creating. How you're moving. What changes now. You leave with direction that came from inside you, not imposed from outside.

24 Private 1:1 sessions
Two sessions a month for twelve months.
Clinical hypnotherapy, somatic coaching, NLP, EFT, TIME Techniques, breathwork, life and success coaching, reiki - all at the Master level - woven together intuitively and tailored entirely to you. Every session builds on the last. I carry the thread across all twenty-four. You never have to start over, re-explain, or bring someone new up to speed.
This is a complete, intentional arc across a full year. The kind of layered, cumulative work that produces the change that actually lasts.
Mon-Friday voice and text support - full year
Five days a week. Fifty-two weeks. Real access to me - not a team member, not a portal, not a 48-hour response window.

Reiki Level l and Level ll Training and Certification

Your Reiki Level ll takes you further - into distance healing, symbol work, and a deepened ability to work with energy in your own life and practice. You leave not only transformed but certified. A practitioner of your own healing and a credentialed holder of these tools.
Level l lands early in the year as initiation.
Level ll arrives mid-year as expansion. Together they form an energetic arc that runs alongside and deepens every other layer of the work.

A few things women ask before they apply
Is this the right container for me or should I start with the Regulation Room? If you have done significant personal work, have real self-awareness, and are ready for the full year - The Expansion Room is built for you. If you are newer to this work or want to build the foundation before going all the way in, The Regulation Room is your door. If you apply and I think a different container serves you better, I will tell you honestly.
I've invested in coaching and programs before and not gotten the results I wanted. Why would this be different? Because most programs work at the level of strategy and mindset. This works at the level of the subconscious mind and the nervous system - where the patterns that have been limiting your results actually live. When you change what's running underneath, the results on top change without force. That is a fundamentally different approach and it produces fundamentally different outcomes.
What if I'm in a busy season of my business? Your nervous system doesn't wait for your calendar to clear. The women who get the most from this year are the ones who are in the middle of something significant - not the ones who waited until things settled down. This work is designed to be lived inside your real life, not alongside a quieter version of it.
Can I do this alongside therapy? Yes. This work complements therapy beautifully. Clinical hypnotherapy and somatic coaching work at layers that talk therapy doesn't always reach. Many women inside my containers work with therapists concurrently.
What is the VIP Weekend location? The VIP Weekend is held at a private curated property - designed to feel like a luxury retreat experience. Current location is San Diego. Travel and transport to the property are not included.
