Luma Wellness is a clinical hypnotherapy and somatic coaching practice located in Silver Lake, New Hampshire. Founded by board-certified clinical hypnotherapist Alexis Cook, Luma Wellness provides in-person sessions for adults and children ages 5 and up, as well as virtual sessions for clients throughout New Hampshire and beyond.
