8 Weeks of Live Virtual Training

Usui Reiki Level I Training + Attunement
Foundational Reiki teachings, self-Reiki, hand positions, energetic awareness, grounding, practitioner presence, and developing your relationship with Reiki.

Usui Reiki Level II Training + Attunement
Deepening your Reiki practice, practitioner techniques, intuitive development, working with Reiki for others, and the Level II practices and teachings within your lineage.

Guided Reiki Practices
Experiential practices designed to help you feel and integrate what you're learning rather than simply memorize information.

Self-Reiki Practice
You'll develop an actual personal Reiki practice throughout the eight weeks.

Partner Reiki Practice
You'll have opportunities to both give and receive Reiki so you develop confidence working with another person.

Intuitive Reiki Development
Learn to listen to what you're sensing rather than relying solely on a predetermined sequence of techniques.

Practitioner Skills
Learn how to prepare for a session, create a safe container, work with clients, structure a session, maintain appropriate boundaries, and close a session.

Practice Assignments + Integration
You'll practice between classes so you're building competency throughout the training.

Student Workbook
Your teachings, practices, reflection prompts, and practitioner resources in one place.

Live Class Replays
Access to the recordings so you can revisit the teachings and practices throughout the training.

Usui Reiki Level I & II Certification
